We enjoyed afternoon tea for 8 (3 gluten free) on Saturday 21st August 2021. The afternoon was one to remember. Sunesh and his team could not have been more helpful, courteous and friendly. Food was beautifully displayed and absolutely exquisite. It rates amongst the highest and most enjoyable teas and gluten-free teas we have ever sampled. It is a rare thing indeed to find service, environs, the menu and its presentation so completely flawless. If you are planning an afternoon tea in this area I think it would be very difficult to improve upon any aspects of the experience offered by The Warren House Hotel. The staff went so far above and beyond what we expected. They were very kind and the building is even better than photos. We were really impressed.

Great venue which was very beautiful. But the staff could of work on the finer details. The bar staff were a little slow so it was hard to get a drink. Also the day was a bit unorganized, the manager didn’t even know what time the bars were open and sending us to the wrong place to buy drinks. The music kept skipping and also making random charging noises throughout the ceremony.

Very very good food in the restaurant the dessert in particular was fantastic. A lot of other guests went for cream tea during the day. Good choice of spirits at the bar. The hotel rooms are starting to look a little tired compared to the downstairs areas although they are a good size. Friendly staff. Good amount of parking.
