I spent a night here at short notice because I couldn't make my connecting flight. The route from the terminal to the hotel is well signposted. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, modern, furnished to a high standard and very clean. I helped myself to the buffet for dinner and breakfast. The choice was varied and of very good quality. I can definitely recommend the hotel for a stopover and would happily return.

A last minute booking to avoid an early start for a flight the next day - perfectly located for our BA flight from T5. Friendly staff and great service. We received a room upgrade and had access to the lounge which was very welcome. The lounge staff were outstanding and looked after us very well. Due to Covid (the hotel was not accessible for a long period of time) it had been a while since we had last stayed but we won’t leave it so long next time!

The pros : excellent service, doorman was very helpful to guide us on how to get a parcel delivered in the neighborhood. Very competitive rates for a Sofitel, and very conveniently located within walking distance from Terminal 5. The cons : due to a short night between 2 flights, didn’t have a chance to experience the restaurant

Welcome from entering the building efficient and friendly receptionist, porter took luggage to our room. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay is provided, quick check out and short walk to terminal 5 to start our travels refreshed after a good night's sleep. 😊

Very convenient location walking-distance to Terminal 5 and very friendly and accommodating staff that have to deal with exhausted travelers. Jenish was helpful, welcoming, and informative when I arrived quite late. Slightly on the expensive side given that I only stayed there about 8 hours due to my travel schedule and delays, but would definitely stay again.
