It doesn’t get any better than this! Beautiful hotel right at the airport - literally walking distance via a connecting hallway. Quiet, comfortable, lovely soaking tub plus separate shower. Robes, slippers, coffee/tea service and QUIET! Love the ability to check in early, especially when you have flown in overnight! This is our new favorite airport hotel. Easy walk to the train station to catch the Heathrow Express or Elizabeth Line for a quick trip into London. Highly recommend!

Amazing location, right next to the airport with no need of a shuttle or any means of transportation. We have tried one of the hotels’ restaurants , the food was nice. Room was good. The only issue at this hotel was the air conditioning! It is the middle of November, it was even slightly snowing outside and there is a coldish air circulation at some parts of the hotel such as around the sofas next to the bar area and the lounge area. This was pretty uncomfortable although not a problem that is as big as making us to deduct one or more stars.Thus we found this hotel worth for value & extremely convenient for travellers.

Great service from the team, we checked in at 8am for the day. Having arrived from Sydney, we were craving burgers as it was our dinner time and didn’t fancy breakfast. I bumped into one of the senior managers who said leave it with me and walked me to the restaurant. He and the restaurant managers were able to get us 2 cheeseburgers sorted for us. As it was 8am, this would not have been possible without their help. This is what being a 5 star hotel catering to an international customer based on different body time zones looks like done well. Overall, pleased with the experience and will be staying here again. Thank you!

I came in at 6am after a 5 hour bus ride and was looking for a room because my flight had been postponed to the next day. I was exhausted and I’m sure it showed. The nice receptionist quickly checked me into a room even though check-in wasn’t till 3pm. I lost her card, but I remember her name started with a G. The room was nice and cozy and allowed me to get some much needed sleep before a 14 hour flight back to the states.

This hotel is connected to the airport so you only have to walk a short distance before you are in Terminal 5. It’s also very convenient to get to the other terminals as well because the underground station is right below the terminal 5 entrance. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The bed was amazing and I got a much needed great night of rest. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We also had breakfast at Vivre which offered a good selection of options. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it. Only strange thing was that some of the plugs in the room (the ones attached to the bed) were for South Africa which is not a common plug type and we did not have a converter for it. This meant we had to plug our items in at the desk across the room.
