Our townhouse features carefully sourced furniture from India to Morocco and beyond, bringing the world to you in our tranquil 32 at No.32 bar where you can enjoy an eclectic range of selected wines or a dram whilst relaxing within the beautiful interiors of the original 18th century house.

Within a 10 minute walk or 5 minute tram ride of No.32 Hotel you will reach the bustling shopping area of Princess Street, with many big name high street stores along with great views of Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street Gardens or turn on to upmarket George Street which is full of luxury restaurants, cocktail bars and designer shops.

A leisurely 20 minute walk from No.32 Hotel and you will be in the Edinburgh's Old Town, a labyrinth of cobbled streets, narrow wynds and hidden courtyards, all amazingly well preserved and steeped in the city's history. At its centre is the Royal Mile, a remarkable street leading from the seat of Edinburgh Castle. The Royal Mile certainly has history: when you walk down the street you start at an extinct volcano aptly named Castle Rock where the impressive Edinburgh Castle sits. As you continue down a slope that was formed by the retreat of an ice age over 325 million years ago to the grandiose Holyrood Palace at the foot of the Royal Mile.

Providing unparalleled accommodation when you stay in Edinburgh, No.32 Hotel is a breath of fresh air and really is quite unlike anywhere you’ve ever stayed before.

Refined, relaxed, romantic and quirkiness in abundance, No.32 Hotel is an independent, family-run hotel, originally built in the 1870's.

The Victorian Townhouse is set in the beautiful Haymarket area in Edinburgh's West-End, offering guests a real taste of the Scottish capital. No.32 Hotel has stylish, classically decorated rooms and really is unique in its offerings. Our townhouse features carefully sourced furniture from India to Morocco and beyond, bringing the world to you in our tranquil 32 at No.32 bar where you can enjoy an eclectic range of selected wines or a dram whilst relaxing within the beautiful interiors of the original 18th century house.

Very nice, cosy little hotel in the beautiful Edinburgh. The staff is very friendly, helpful. My only problem was the old window of the room, but that maybe not allowed to be changed by the city. I would stay there again!

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday weekend and it was amazing. Started off with free birthday decor in our room. Beds were so comfy, room was immaculate with great lighting. We then got offered breakfast for £15 each which is very good value. All staff were lovely. The breakfast was the best part of our stay , so many options and variations and such a delicious breakfast. We would go back just for the breakfast if we could. Such a good stay, we will DEFINITELY be back soon (just for breakfast lol).

Beautiful Victorian accommodation in quiet, pleasant surroundings. Transport is good, it is easy to get to the center. The rooms are friendly, beautiful and spacious. We had a pleasant evening at the bar with our group of friends. The staff is very helpful. We will return here next time we travel to Edinburgh. Thank you all!!

Room was nice but cold as a big gap in the window frame. The Scottish barman was nice. The owner himself was extremely rude, when we arrived he gave us the key then walked off taking a phone call and just said room 2.. not showing us where it is or anything. When mentioning the window he just brushed it off. Then as just leaving tried to overcharge for breakfast and when we showed physical evidence that he was he tried stating we were lying and kept saying where did we find this? Uhm on the confirmation email of the booking you stupid sod. Never have I dealt with such a rude man, don't think customer service is for you mate. Also to be honest the breakfast was poor. Just seen a Mcdonalds should have gone there instead. Hotel room - 3 star was okay. Customer service due to the owner if I could give minus stars I would. He's left me absolutely fuming. Location is good.
