Our townhouse features carefully sourced furniture from India to Morocco and beyond, bringing the world to you in our tranquil 32 at No.32 bar where you can enjoy an eclectic range of selected wines or a dram whilst relaxing within the beautiful interiors of the original 18th century house.
Within a 10 minute walk or 5 minute tram ride of No.32 Hotel you will reach the bustling shopping area of Princess Street, with many big name high street stores along with great views of Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street Gardens or turn on to upmarket George Street which is full of luxury restaurants, cocktail bars and designer shops.
A leisurely 20 minute walk from No.32 Hotel and you will be in the Edinburgh's Old Town, a labyrinth of cobbled streets, narrow wynds and hidden courtyards, all amazingly well preserved and steeped in the city's history. At its centre is the Royal Mile, a remarkable street leading from the seat of Edinburgh Castle. The Royal Mile certainly has history: when you walk down the street you start at an extinct volcano aptly named Castle Rock where the impressive Edinburgh Castle sits. As you continue down a slope that was formed by the retreat of an ice age over 325 million years ago to the grandiose Holyrood Palace at the foot of the Royal Mile.
Providing unparalleled accommodation when you stay in Edinburgh, No.32 Hotel is a breath of fresh air and really is quite unlike anywhere you’ve ever stayed before.
Refined, relaxed, romantic and quirkiness in abundance, No.32 Hotel is an independent, family-run hotel, originally built in the 1870's.
The Victorian Townhouse is set in the beautiful Haymarket area in Edinburgh's West-End, offering guests a real taste of the Scottish capital. No.32 Hotel has stylish, classically decorated rooms and really is unique in its offerings. Our townhouse features carefully sourced furniture from India to Morocco and beyond, bringing the world to you in our tranquil 32 at No.32 bar where you can enjoy an eclectic range of selected wines or a dram whilst relaxing within the beautiful interiors of the original 18th century house.

We had a wonderful experience. Friendly helpful staff. The beds were really comfortable. It's a quiet location but very close to the tram and train station. Very accessible to the local shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend it. Beautiful clean hotel.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel, aside from the lovely rooms and bar area, the service was exceptional! The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us and really put the cherry on top of our stay. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Excellent location (just outside the city-centre but very close to the tram/train) and the hotel and room were lovely. Staff were very friendly. Reminds me why small hotels are just better than the big chains.
