Wow what a great location on the water edge. Great quality food fairly priced. Great customer service. Want to go back again and stop in the hotel.

When I first got there it felt a bit busy, but once I adjusted to it and settled in, it was actually fine. Lots of space to sit, chill, sauna and steam. Ive actually been 3 times in the last 6weeks and will be going again at the weekend. A perfect place for an afternoon or morning catch up with friends without being super expensive or a full day. The only things I wasnt keen on, the QR food and drink order always plays up for me, you can go in to order but I personally would prefer having someone outside to order from. And showers can be a little wait at exit time as everyone's sessions are the same time. That said it isnt too bad and wouldn't put me off going

So this place looked amazing on paper. The lake, the stylish set up etc. We were so excited to go here! The weekend wasn't too bad.the staff were friendly enough, the room wasnt the best as the AC didn't work and made the most awful noise if we did try and turn it on. They have a little 'smoking area' outside that was disgusting. We stayed from Friday to Monday and they never once cleaned it up. I was close to asking for a brush to do it myself as we vape so seeing and smelling the butts on the floor everywhere wasn't appealing and ended up going to the car to vape as we didn't want to sit there. On Monday morning, we went down to use the free drink machine. My partner asked for cups and was told 'No sorry. They're only for the golfers!'. Wait what?! So we pay over 300quid for 3 nights and we can't get a cup from you?! He was treat like he'd walked in from the street!! The staff stand together and you can tell they're talking about u and it's so uncomfortable. There also happened to be a power cut on Sunday, and because everything is entry with a card only, we couldn't even get into our rooms which was a nightmare as I needed to rest before my long drive home and was too tired so had to book another night just so I could sleep before driving home! Long story short, never again! Definitely not worth the price they charge. Slept in nicer place for a lot cheaper! The best thing about this place is the lake when u sit outside.....but u can do this for free anywhere!
