Having recently undergone an elegant and creative transformation across public areas, bedrooms, health club and more, the hotel is now realised as the first of a new brand concept; Imerso Hotels. My friend and I stayed here and we really had such a lovely time. From the staff on reception to the amazing beauticians and everybody there, they made it feel like a really really special stay. The decor and rooms were lovely and the food was great. The leisure facilities are a little dated whilst they did the job and were still lovely. We will be back again, thank you. Special shout out to Simrick who did my 75 minute facial, it was the best facial I’ve ever had.

After a long day of travel delays, arriving late at Burnham Beeches Hotel felt daunting—but Daniel, who was on duty that night, changed everything. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and even arranged help with my heavy luggage, which I sincerely appreciated. The hotel itself is nestled in a beautiful, quiet location, perfect for unwinding. Service throughout was exceptional—from Daniel’s hospitality to the attentive gentleman managing F&B. Highly recommend this lovely property and its wonderful staff!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful and newly renovated hotel. We booked last minute for a night’s stay and they were very accommodating especially since they don’t accept same day afternoon tea bookings. We appreciated that they were able to accommodate our afternoon tea experience. Harry was exceptional at the afternoon tea service. He explained the tea selections and even gave us complimentary Prosecco as we told him we were celebrating many years of friendship. We saw him again the next day at breakfast and he was just as charming and friendly. The breakfast was really good, I really enjoyed the eggs, coffee and fresh orange juice. Great quality. We were given bedroom 107 and it was stunning. Beautiful views of the front of the hotel. The whole room decor is a dream and I’m inspired to decorate my room in a similar way in the future. The room also had a beautiful bathtub which unfortunately I didn’t get time to use. We took a walk on the day of checkout and enjoyed the greenery and delighted to discover that they had some bee hives and were looking to sell and serve their own honey at the hotel in the future. The hotel is just breathtakingly beautiful. The only thing that could make it a 5 out of 5 would be to improve the spa. The spa and fitness area is a bit of a let down. There is one small pool, a sauna and steam room. The jacuzzi was out of order when we were there. The tiny fitness room felt a bit claustrophobic and lacked in equipment.
