The UK's only artist-led cabaret, built and run by performers and technicians working at the top of UK production, from the country's best cabaret rooms to the Brit Awards and international specialist events.

A landmark 1892 Grade II listed building crowned by a 7.5m copper Indo-Saracenic dome in the heart of Kemptown, Brighton. Licensed seven days a week until 2am. 120 seated, 220 standing.

The only venue in Brighton with a full aerial rig, high-spec winch and specialist performer flying system, installed by technicians whose credits include The Greatest Showman. Our cocktail team came from The Box in London and brought Babel Brighton to life, with a speciality cocktail list you won't find anywhere else in the city.

How hire works:

- Show Hire: a private performance of our in-house production, or a custom-built show. Any night. From £8,800.
- Venue Hire: the full room with bar service and our own staff, for corporate evenings, Christmas parties, launches, milestone birthdays and hen parties. Sunday to Thursday. From £1,000.
- Film and Photography: location hire, Sunday to Thursday. From £375.
- Group Bookings: gallery balcony (25 to 30) or full downstairs (up to 80) within public Friday and Saturday shows.

Tech and facilities: Martin Audio sound, Allen & Heath digital mixer, ChamSys lighting with moving beams and LED bars, performer flying system with in-house IRATA rigger, custom stage with retractable spinning pole, projector and screen, dedicated cocktail bar, hosted bar tabs from £35 per guest, external catering permitted, kitchen reopening winter 2026.

The room is a landmark 1892 Grade II listed cabaret venue under a 7.5m copper dome: velvet booths, gallery balconies, intimate tables ringing the stage, and a dedicated cocktail bar whose team came from The Box in London, with a speciality cocktail list you won't find anywhere else in the city. 120 seated in flexible layouts or 180 standing. Licensed until 2am.

Perfect for corporate evenings, Christmas parties, launches, milestone birthdays and hen parties. Daytime hire available for meetings, rehearsals, workshops and community events.

Make it yours: DJs from £200, live music, cabaret, aerial and fire performance bookable through our in house production company. Hosted bar tabs from £35 per guest, House, Celebration or Custom tiers, Beer, Wine & Prosecco or Full Menu packages, otherwise the bar trades on card sales with no minimum spend. External catering and food delivery welcome with a £250 cleaning fee, kitchen reopening winter 2026. Projector and TV screen for presentations.
