Best Western Everglades Park Hotel

Absolutely brilliant stay for my birthday, staff were so attentive and made me feel fabulous. Food was great and the drinks flowed. Decorated table, card, birthday pudding, fizz and a framed pic as memento. Special shout out to Mike but all staff were great.

My husband booked a mini getaway for my birthday at the Everglades Hotel via groupon, which was a great deal! Included was afternoon tea, all inclusive drinks from 6:00pm in the evening onwards and a 2 course meal. However, if you wanted to upgrade you could and the food was reasonably priced and tasted amazing. On arrival, there is a very large car park which was great, no trouble in finding a space. Staff were very friendly throughout and could not do enough for you. Special shoutout to Mike and Tony (with his dry sense of humour) 😂 they both made our stay enjoyable! The room was spacious with a king sized bed. The room was also clean, however, if you wanted your room cleaned daily you would have to ask reception as sadly this was not the case for us. I would deffinetly recommend and would stay again in the future.

Really outdated rooms that immediately screamed Alan Partridge to me -- don't think they've been refurbed since the 1990s (and that includes the shabby carpet in the rooms). Our room had massive cobwebs in along the ceiling and a basin tap that just spun around. Breakfast was OK, but understaffed. Bar and restaurant had a good atmosphere, staff were friendly as people always are in these parts and the rooms had smart TVs which was surprising.
