Absolutely beautiful venue. The staff are so pleasant, too. Last night my friends and I went along to see Darren Mcgarvey's Trauma Industrial Complex. Thanks to Darren and Mhairi Black for a thoroughly enjoyable evening. I do feel a smaller venue would make the show feel a bit more intimate for the audience. That's not a complaint though; merely an observation as an audience member.

Attended an event stunning venue, didn't capture it all worth doing so central

I have been to a few gigs and acts here over the years. It is a popular venue during the Fringe and is geared up to dealing with crowds. The main hall upstairs is quite stunning when you grab a drink at the interval. The Assembly Rooms is also right in the middle of Edinburgh to it is very easy to find, but don't confuse it with the Assembly Hall!
