Had a great stay at the Leonardo Hotel Watford. The room was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed, and all of the staff we dealt with were friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Angie, who provided fantastic customer service and really made our stay that bit easier. It was genuinely appreciated and made a great first impression. Would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I went with my son. We stayed in the Leonardo hotel because it was very convenient for the station and the Warner Harry Potter tour bus. Its a lovely clean hotel, the room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was lovely the food was delicious in the evening. The breakfast in the morning there was so much choice, it was well laid out. The staff were polite and very professional. We definitely would recommend it.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Typical nice chain hotel, except for the gluten free breakfast. I have Celiac Disease and have never felt so cared for before! There is a gluten free section at the breakfast buffet. There is a toaster only for the gluten free products. I mentioned to Patrick, a chef, that I need GF and he asked if I wanted him to make my own egg (the buffet had them, but this way there wouldn't be any cross contact risk). He was beyond sweet. The other employees were also very polite and accommodating. One woman was taking our water bottles and filling them for us before we left for a day of walking. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed is comfortable, and I appreciated the USB charging outlets. I am from the USA and didn't have the proper 3 prong adapter, so having the USB was very helpful. Lobby staff was polite.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient. Our room was quiet, even though it overlooked the street, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was classic but good, with everything we needed. We also really appreciated that the hotel prepared breakfast packages for us as we had to leave early in the morning. Overall, a very nice experience and we would happily stay here again.

We were so pleased with our stay for three nights, Let’s start with the rooms, I had to give four stars due not being able to change the setting on the air conditioning, which can only go as low as 18 degrees. This is not low enough for the international traveler. The rooms themselves were lovely, clean and tidy. The tv needs more choice so that we could log into our own streaming services. Now service, 5 stars staff were very friendly and welcoming, no complaints at all, Finally the location is spot on, close to the shopping centre, plenty of places to eat. Very close to the train station and from the train station you can get the night bus to Harry Potter studios tore free with a valid ticket, I would definitely stay again!
