We had such a warm welcome with the friendly staff who gave us food and drink discount cards and a free arrival drink which was a great surprise, and the bar staff were so lovely and engaging on the occasions we visited. They recommend near by places when we asked and helped to make our stay one we will never forget. Everything we needed was very close to the hotel. Highly recommend a stay to those who need to be in the area especially those visiting the Warner Brothers Studio Tour which we did. The hotel is a short walk to Watford Junction train station where you can get the free shuttle bus to the tour.

Thank you for our complimentary room upgrade & drinks at the bar as we were celebrating a special occasion - anniversary and wedding this year! This really made our stay special and we will definitely be sure to book with a Leonardo hotel again as a result. Parking facilities also very good. Very pleased and happy with our stay. All staff were friendly and particular thank you to the lady who checked us in!

The service from the staff makes this place! We called to book a room after 48hours from hell having my birthday holiday cancelled and left with no where to go at 4am. The staff were amazing! We called to explain our situation and they were so helpful and when we arrived they made me feel very special! If a manager is reading this your staff who was on on the 5th of January between 4-6am saved my birthday! Thank you so much!

I recently stayed at Leonardo Hotel London Watford and overall had a very nice experience. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the location is amazing – everything is within easy reach, which made our stay super convenient. The breakfast was also great, with plenty of options and everything fresh and well presented. A special thank you to Thiru and Mathew for the lovely service we received – they were so nice, friendly, and welcoming. It really makes a difference when staff genuinely care about guests. Also, big thanks to the guy behind the bar (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name – he had piercings!) – he was brilliant and added to the great atmosphere. If I had one small comment, it would be about the reception team. A little more smiling and light conversation would go a long way. When guests arrive, they’re excited about their stay, and a warm welcome always makes a big first impression. That said, overall it was a very nice stay, and we would happily return. Thank you to the team!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast items were fantastic, too. The location is excellent for train stations and bus stops. We will be staying again. 💜
