We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and facilities were very clean and tidy, which made everything feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was of great quality with a nice variety to choose from. A special mention goes to Joana—she was extremely helpful and had a fantastic attitude throughout our stay. Her professionalism and friendliness really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel!

Yew Lodge hosted our Operation Orphan charity ball on Friday and I couldn’t be happier with how well they looked after us. The staff were wonderful, going above and beyond to look after our guests and the food was beautiful. We booked a room, it was comfy and the breakfast was so good. We really left feeling so impressed. Would definitely recommend them.

Amazing venue. Couldn't be more helpful. I thought I had lost one of my rings, and they offered to check the drains for me. Price is amazing for the rooms we were supplied and the breakfast is so good. Leanne on reception was a star, and so lovely. But to be honest all the staff were really accommodating, and so lovely, especially with the children. This wasn't just the staff in the restaurant, this included the multiple room service/cleaning staff we encountered.

We stayed at the hotel the night before an early flight at EMA. We were made to feel very welcome and had a delicious meal in the restaurant. The staff were brilliant with our two very energetic little boys. Special shout out to Karen and Darcie who went above and beyond when our eldest was unwell during the night. It has been very convenient and we would stay at the hotel again if flying from EMA.

We had a pleasent stay at this crowne plaza. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, an absolute credit to the hotel! The rooms and furnishings in the rooms are not of usual crown plaza standard. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear the people next to you talking. Elemis products in bathroom were lovely. Fitness area is small but very nice, we enjoyed a swim and used the gym also. We had an evening meal in the restaurant, we were not overly impressed with the food, both the steak and swordfish were chewy. However the staff were quick to offer a new steak and very attentive. The brownie was outstanding! Breakfast had good offerings but was unreplenished so many were unavailable...croissants, muffins, pastry not replenished so unavailable. Ordered breakfast items took over half an hour and then only 2 or 3 arrived as they had run out of pancakes. Again the breakfast staff were very apologetic...but it felt they needed more staff to service breakfast. Despite the few niggles, where we felt rhe hotel falls short, overall we did really enjoy our stay, and the staff we interacted with were an absolute joy.
