Been in September 2025 on a dance weekender organised by Tailored Tango, and was amazed by how well the hotel was ready to receive and cater for this bunch of tangueros y tangueras! The staff went above and beyond to care for everyone, including those with special dietary requirements like me. Very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended. Can't wait to return in March this year and make good use of the pool!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Boxing Day! The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel smelled fresh and was very clean throughout. The swimming pool staff work hard and always keep the area clean and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. Breakfast was delicious, and the lady there was kind and attentive, making sure everything was fresh and organized. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed at this hotel for business purpose. Great hotel with some room for improvements. The room is cozy and well equipped. Nice modern shower with powerful water pressure. The downside is on the heater; it is located right next to the bed and it’s blowing hot air straight to the face when laying down. The heater has bright light that is not ideal for people who need the room to be completely dark at night. The restaurant food was good, though the service was quite slow. Might be due to busy leading to Christmas period.

Had a great time in this hotel. Highly recommended. Booked 2 rooms for 1 night. The rooms and toilets were spacious and clean. Facilities were great. They had sauna, steam, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym etc. Their bar and restaurant were great. We enjoyed our stay even for a night. We paid for parking as we did not book directly on their website. WiFi not working so we used our own data.

Friendly staff, fantastic modern fitness centre and a fantastic, clean spa area. Rooms are pretty dated but well kept. Main issue I encountered is the breakfast, one member of staff to keep the buffet area stocked and that member of staff cannot cope on their own. The breakfast is supposed to finish at 0930 during weekdays, however very little left around an hour before it’s due to finish with no sign of the buffet being restocked. I was very disappointed with this, seeing as the breakfast itself had cost me £40 for the three days which I stayed here.
