This was the classiest place I’ve been able to geek out about the Beatles in. The lobby decor is beautiful, almost like a Beatles museum, and I loved the art in my room. It’s right around the corner from Matthew street making so much Beatles related activity easily accessible. The attached restaurant North Sixty4 was great, with delicious food and drinks. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating.

We booked a Beatles taxi tour with Joey Lyons and it was so much fun. He is so informative and very witty. We were traveling with our elderly mother and he held her hand for all the difficult walks. Truly one of the best.

Really nice place only £81 for a Sunday night. When we got married 10 years ago we stayed here overnight. We mentioned it checking in and they upgraded us and also left us a congratulations card and some chocolates. A really nice place to stay the beds are amazing and the staff are great. When we did stay on our wedding night we asked for room service around 11pm and found out we couldn't get room service I had to go the kebab place on the corner. We didn't really complain just said it wasn't great. About a week later I got an email saying we could have a free night in the hotel. The service here really is outstanding. If your coming to Liverpool I definitely recommend here.

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Liverpool! Located right in the heart of the city, it offers spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is fantastic, and the service is always professional. As a huge Beatles fan, I love the themed decor as it really adds to the experience. Staying here has always been a highlight of my trips. Highly recommended!

First impression, it was tired and empty. Check in was busy so we went for a drink in the side bar as it was the only one open at the time which was 3.30 afternoon. Bar was nice but let down by very dirty windows . Check in was easy and we got to our room (112). At first impressions it was very nice over looking North John Street but unfortunately the windows were very dirty and grimey inside and out so couldn't see much outside. On reflection the room was tired and only one sachet of sugar for two people. Went down for evening meal at 18.00 which was very nice well presented, lovely staff and the meal was very nice. On finishing our meals we then tried to get into the side bar but unfortunately it was full so we got our drinks and sat in the empty lounge by reception. Then on ordering another drink I was told they had run out of Beefeater Gin which I would have thought that a themed hotel would have been well stocked. Eventually we decided to retire to our room due to a early start in the morning, Unfortunately we couldn't sleep because of the constant drumming coming from a club over the road Beat to One, which went on well onto the morning so did not have a good night sleep. Went down for breakfast another let down, plates were cool, Full English was only tepid at best and the black pudding was not cooked fully practically raw, all in all a bad experience overall which is sad because we were really looking forward to it but left feeling very disappointed. Would not be returning to this hotel again. 😞Sue and Kenny Crossland
