About Venue
TLocated in Nova, Victoria's newest upscale development Timmy Green is named after founder Prue Freeman's late brother, a true Australian cowboy whose life was devoted to the land and whose legacy inspires much of the menu which focuses upon prime grass fed meats and childhood inspired sharing plates, in addition to our famous Aussie brunch.
Timmy holds 150 covers and is set over two floors with an extensive alfresco outdoor seating area, all of which moves effortlessly from casual coffee spot to buzzing evening bar and restaurant. Extensive local craft beers are served alongside an almost all Australian natural wine list and innovative cocktails in our all day-bar. Interiors aim to create and inspire a calm oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city life by blending extended planting, reclaimed oak and canvas fabrics with carrara marble, lacquered brass and two huge private commission art pieces.

Lovely Australian inspired food beautifully presented. Only negative is we had a slightly dirty table and water was not offered with cups only the table. But who cares because the food and surroundings are fantastic. Poached eggs done to perfection

We visited Timmy Green as a couple after hearing amazing recommendations about the place, especially the pancakes. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us such warm and attentive service. We ordered the pancakes, a soy cappuccino, and a soy hot chocolate. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted just as perfect as it looked – the pancakes were outstanding! The avocado dishes also looked incredible (we didn’t try them this time, but they’re definitely on our list for the next visit).

Ate breakfast here after having such a positive experience in another Daisy Green establishment! Greeted with the warmest welcome which continued throughout our breakfast with kind and attentive staff. Gorgeous food with a menu full of options for every taste bud! Would absolutely recommend! I also loved the coffee!

The staff were super friendly and really welcoming and even offered to help with recommendations which was much appreciated. I had the fresh apple juice which was delicious and very fresh. I also had the blueberry pancakes which were delightful the pancakes were super fluffy and full of flavour the fresh fruit on the side was a lovely touch and my friend had avocado on charcoal bread which she absolutely loved. We went around 1:30 and it started a little busy but quickly quietened after the lunch rush but it was quiet enough to talk and it was a really lovely atmosphere. The place was really nicely decorated too so great to take pictures. Would highly recommend.

Timmy Green in Victoria was perfect for a breakfast meet up. It’s one of those places that instantly puts you in a good mood. The atmosphere is airy and stylish. The staff were friendly and attentive. Service was prompt, and they were happy to make small adjustments to the order with no fuss at all. The food was absolutely spot on. My breakfast was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour, you can tell they care about quality ingredients. The coffee was a little bitter for me, but the tea was great. Highly recommended if you’re in the Victoria area and want something a bit nicer without being pretentious.
