Lovely hotel. Attentive front of House staff. Rooms are spotless. Tea/coffee in room. Hotel offers Breakfast continental and fried. Kept our luggage after checking out. 15 minutes from Shard & Underground. Restaurant & Bar across from hotel. Ideal location.

A good place, Not far walk from the train station, the staff was great and pleasant. The rooms were a little outdated. Have seemed better times but all in all it was a great visit. There's a small grocery store type place across the way in a few bars right there. I'd stay again based on the location and again, the rooms weren't bad just need some new carpet a little paint.

The hotel is in a great location. Short 15 minute walk to London Tower. Rooms are clean and tidy and have all of the basics that you need. Staff are a little disengaged. Almost like they don't want to be there. The front desk guys are constantly on their phones an rarely look up when anyone enters the lobby.

The staff didn’t seem very friendly, and check-in and check-out experience was handled terribly. Although we got their confirmation written with two single beds they denied until we showed them proof. Secondly they tried to charge us the breakfasts we never had. And they insisted on, until they couldn’t prove. Crazy communication management.

We had a disappointing experience at this hotel that left a very poor impression. After checkout, the hotel charged us £69.75 for breakfasts we never had. At checkout, the reception team themselves confirmed we did not take any breakfast and verified this with signatures and receipts- none exist, of course. Despite that, they later (1 day later) processed the charge anyway. Before all this, they even claimed our booking was for a different room type, and only gave us the correct room after we showed them their own confirmation email. The issue isn’t only the unfair charge (and what an expensive breakfast!), it’s the lack of integrity and inconsistency in how it was handled. Travellers should be aware that disputes here are not dealt with transparently. Keep all receipts and confirmation emails if you stay - and avoid before that.
