We had a lovely suite on the top floor, but had issues with ants so we were moved. The staff was very helpful and resolved the issue. I quite enjoyed the antiques market on Friday also.

Good location for this part of London. High levels can have a great view. Breakfast is OK making it good value for London - (note this is not a 4* hotel). Plenty to see/eat/drink in this area!
