We decided to bolt another night onto our trip and booked this hotel last minute as it had a spa. As it was my birthday they added some extra touches to the room which was lovely. A true 4* experience with lots of amenities in the room, including a free bottle of water! Robes and slippers also provided. Bed was huge and so comfy, though the pillow was a touch firm but I woke up refreshed. We used the spa facilities and they were great. It's all in one medium-large sized room but on a Sunday evening was fairly quiet and enjoyable. We did have a drink on the rooftop bar which had an amazing view, and ate at the restaurant. Both the steak and fish and chips were fabulous. Only comment was no one checked on us whilst eating and we still had our plates when we asked for the bill, it's minor but worth mentioning. We truly loved our stay here and we didn't want to leave! Will definitely book again as it was great value for money.

This review is long overdue, but I had such a wonderful experience at Leonardo Royal London St Paul's. I ended up checking in la day late because of a flight cancellation. The hotel made note of it when I called to inform them and had a room available when I arrived with my party. The hotel architecture is breathtaking, and I would recommend taking time to sit in the common areas. The room was comfortable; the bed was one of the softest I ever slept on and the bathroom was stunning! I loved that there was full access to the sauna, steam room, and pool area; I took time to relax every day. The full daily breakfast was vast. There are options for everyone. While dining options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel are somewhat limited, a quick trip via the Tube or bus expands the available options. The room was serviced each day, the staff was professional and efficient, and, honestly, I would have been happy spending my whole trip in the hotel. Celebrating my birthday at the rooftop bar was so fun! The atmosphere was elegant, and the staff were so welcoming, funny, and engaging that they made the night unforgettable. I think this hotel is ideal for international travelers who are seeking a wellness-focused stay in a central location that still has a slight neighborhood feel and offers access to the Tube and local buses. I'm looking forward to returning soon.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the enthusiastic and polite Guru. He’s absolutely amazing, his bubbly and friendly personality was impressionable. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 5 years and this was by far the warmest welcome I’ve received. The hotel was offering a spin the wheel and we won but weren’t able to claim our prize so we were kindly upgraded to the executive suite. The room was not so different to other king rooms nevertheless, it was comfortable and clean as always. All of the staff are quite polite which made my stay better. Big shout out to Guru especially!

Stayed here for one night with a couple of friends . Partly due to location and for the spa / rooftop bar. Hotel was mostly very nice. Would say the spa needs a bit of attention and also noticed alot of guests walking into the pool / spa area in footwear with no covers on. Rooftop bar is reservation only through a separate company to the hotel so if you want to use it make sure you reserve in advance. Staff were really friendly and the cocktails in Leo's bar and the breakfast was of good quality and good options.

Location of the hotel was excellent and it is possible to walk to many of the main sightseeing locations. Room and bed very comfy and we liked the coffee machine in the room. Staff was pleasant and it was really helpful that we were able keep the luggage with the concierge before and after the check-in/check-out, as we were there for 2 days and wanted to make the best of our time. We also enjoyed the spa and sauna access. Highly recommended.
