- Nice SpaceNovember 2025
I stayed at a beautiful hotel near a famous London cathedral, and it was an amazing experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a stunning view of the city. The staff were kind and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. It felt like a perfect mix of comfort and luxury I’d definitely stay there again on my next trip.
- Nosila Facepainting & Event ServicesNovember 2025
I recently visited this hotel to provide my face-painting services for their Halloween week, and I was really impressed. The hotel itself is beautiful, and every member of staff I met was friendly and helpful. The toilets were always clean, all the facilities were working perfectly, and I loved that water and biscuits were available near reception throughout the day. I didn’t get the chance to see the rooms or try the other services, but all the guests looked happy, and from what I observed, it seems like an amazing place to stay. I can’t wait to return and hopefully visit the rooftop bar and spa next time!

Lovely hotel in the middle of London, close to two train stations and near restaurants/cafes. Rooms were spotless, shower is great. Breakfast very good. Staff were all polite. Theres also nice spa with pool, sauna and steam room and treatments available. A shame that theres no loungers/seats in the spa. Lots of conference rooms for businesses. Overall a lovely stay.

⸻ This hotel is highly recommended for a city trip to London. The building makes a well-maintained impression, both inside and out. We only made use of the breakfast, which was excellent: neatly presented and tasteful. However, I did notice a few points of attention: • Facilities such as pool and table tennis These amenities are not available when a meeting or conference is taking place in the adjacent room, which limits their accessibility. • Draft in the central hall The main hall is quite drafty due to doors opening and closing on multiple sides of the building. As a result, even the tables in the breakfast area and the coffee cups feel cold. • Loud background music The background music is, in my opinion, rather loud, which detracts from creating a relaxed atmosphere. • Damaged room doors on the sixth floor Several room doors on the sixth floor show visible damage. This gave the impression that something may have occurred there in the past, although I did not check with the reception. Despite these points, we had a pleasant stay and were able to create wonderful memories during our time in London.
