Stayed here for my hen night. The service was lovely, the staff were friendly and our room was upgraded to the executive suite with all of the perks. The spa is good but the jacuzzi gets filled quickly, and even though kids are not supposed to be in the jacuzzi, they were still in there. Overall, beautiful views, lovely vibe, and quiet part of London. We left feeling refreshed

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is simply perfect – we could easily reach everything on foot, and after a long search focused mainly on location, we are absolutely sure we made the right choice. The hotel itself is beautiful and very pleasant. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgrade for £20 per night, which included a lovely view of St. Paul’s Cathedral as well as access to the lounge. I can definitely recommend this option – throughout the day they serve a variety of snacks, drinks, wine, water, and juices. We never regretted choosing it! The reception staff were extremely kind and welcoming, as was everyone in the hotel. Our room was clean, spacious (especially by London standards), with a very comfortable bed. At check-in, we faced a small issue at the reception. When we were offered the upgrade, the staff forgot to remove us from the other room that had originally been reserved under our name. Because of this, our room was not cleaned for the first two days. We had to go down to reception to request cleaning and fresh towels. The reception team, however, was always very polite and friendly. Eventually, they realized the mistake themselves, and after that the problem never occurred again. Additionally, in our room there was one bathrobe with a hole in it, but after we asked at the reception, they quickly replaced it. Highly recommended – we would be happy to come back!

Chose the place for the pool/jacuzzi and incredible location. A bit wary because of all the fridge stories in comments, but this is getting fixed. We had free access to our fridge, and the minibar is replaced by a convenient store next to the reception. (leaving the fridge for your own products !) Service was great, especially from Amer & Mai. We were in a executive room and it was the quietest room I ever had in a hotel. Great sleeping conditions. Executive room gives access to a small lounge that had light breakfast options, and some snacks & drinks in the evening (evening cocktails for a few hours a day) which is included in the price of the room. Location is fabulous, multiple undergrounds/trains/bus nearby. 30 minutes walk from a lot of touristic places. Pool area is shared with spa subscribers and can be a bit crowded.

The hotel is well maintained, welcoming and friendly. Lovely decor, well stocked bar, with plenty of lobby chairs to relax, breakfast and dinner were pretty good and the service was great. Lots of shops within walking distance, lots to see too. Reasonably priced car park within 5 minutes walk, and 3 parking spaces outside which are free at the weekend. (See seperate reviews for Rena spa and Sabine rooftop bar )

I was very disappointed with my stay here. Upon check-in the room appeared clean, but when we returned later that evening we found hair and even a toenail clipping in the bed. The hotel did switch our room, but the following day there was no housekeeping service at all. We were offered complimentary breakfast, but for me that does not make up for such lapses in cleanliness and care. In addition, the restaurant staff were not particularly kind. My husband sat at a table in a nearly empty dining room, only to be asked to move over one table because it was “reserved” for afternoon tea. It felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. I have stayed at other Leonardo Hotels — even some less updated ones — but have never experienced this level of inexperience and lack of professionalism. Too many mishaps from the start, and I am writing this review with two nights still left in my stay. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.
