Avoid CEFIMs for MSc in Public Policy and Management (at least). If you buy a text book and access to JSTOR, and then enter yourself for exams with UOL, you’ll get exactly the same quality of education as you would as a distance learner with SOAS minus the hassle and stress. Finance, online student enrolment and student support, save for one exception, are completely incompetent, and you will likely need to make several formal complaints for regular things people usually sort out by email. Go elsewhere and spend the time actually learning instead.
