Fantastic stay. Front desk service was most helpful to the point of even telling us which app to install (CityMapper) to navigate the city. Helped with any little question we had. Room was two twin beds that were incredibly comfortable with fluffy duvets and feather pillows (or felt like feather). Actual room darkening drapes. Huge TV. Super quiet for a downtown hotel; best sleep of our vacation! Shower had great water pressure and was very hot water. Liked the added security of having to use key cards to use the elevator or stairwell. Cleaning staff were most helpful and cleaning the room when it was convenient for us. Location was very close to Euston station and local transit. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops on the same street. Breakfast was good too! Would stay again!

Fabulous hotel, everything was perfect. Rooms very clean with everything you need. Reception staff friendly, gave lots of information and checking in and out a breeze. Stayed for breakfast which was 10/10 along with brilliant staff making sure everything was okay. Fab location and will definitely return

The location of the hotel was perfect it was in walking distance from Euston Station and close to the tube station. It was a lovely looking hotel from the outside, and inside very clean & bright and the decor was beautiful. Our hotel room was warm, spacious and had a queen sized bed which was lovely & comfortable. There was a large screen tv on the wall, tea tray & kettle, hairdryer, enough wardrobe hanging space and a lovely en-suite bathroom with shower. There were 2 full length mirrors and numerous plugs and USB points around the room. The 2 reception staff Yug & Sabeena were very welcoming, friendly & polite. There was a lot of choice at breakfast and everything was cooked & presented well. I just could have done with the hot breakfast items to be Warmer. Overall a lovely hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to lots of public transport options. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room we had (205) was small, but clean with good facilities such as coffee machine, easy to use safe, decent TV and a very effective air con unit. Bed very comfortable and although facing the street, the noise from outside was hardly noticed. Downside is the size of the bathroom - tiny. Although as a couple of modest height we managed, and the shower was decent, the space for the toilet meant you were very close to the hot towel rail. If you are tall (say 6' plus) or of a "fuller figure", it would be a struggle to make the bathroom work. Despite the size of the bathroom we would stay here again for a future trip to London.

I only stayed here for one evening. It’s a nice room comfortable cool. I like the touch of random books. In fact I started reading one just for the heck of it. One problem is the bathroom was really lacking in maintenance. Crack toilet seat, dangling soap dish and everything metal inside the shower was rusted. It’s on because of the rest of the room was pretty meticulously maintaining Staff is pretty friendly, especially night staff. Daytime they were kind of being a little sneaky. I was thirsty and just wanted some water that they have there in the lobby and they’re trying to insist on sending me water to my room so they could charge me for it.
