My room was very spacious, surprisingly so for London, even if it was Canary Wharf. It was clean and everything worked as expected. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of pastries and a cooked breakfast

I had a great stay here and felt like a valued guest and HH member. Pros - Room was lovely (and appreciated the upgrade!) and the gym is well equipped. I know some reviews say not enough equipment to do a full workout but unless you’re a total gym bunny there is plenty. The bonus of sauna and steam room was a massive plus. Service was great from welcome to when I left. Breakfast - Very solid Hilton offering which included veggie sausages. Executive lounge - I thinking solid and offered some hot food and canapés, plus alcoholic drinks between 1800-2000. Worth a visit and was averagely busy but if hotel is full the recommend get there for 1800! Sauna and steam room - check the times they open as closes midday. They are just off the main gym and has changing rooms and a shower. There are lockers but no keys but I brought a small bag down with me and left just outside the steam room. Cons - none! Is a great hotel! I really enjoyed my visit, helped by great service, nice lounge and the steam room was a treat in central London.

My daughter and I stayed cor the weekend to attend an event at the O2 arena. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, we enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant the first night and breakfast both mornings which had a great choice. The room was very spacious. The underground station was within walking distance and the o2 arena was just one stop away. We would definitely stay again.
