We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is great to catch the Uber Boat to Big Ben. It’s not expensive at all about $2. There are food trucks to the right when you exit the hotel. The rooms are standard size rooms. The executive lounge runs out of food at night and it is not replaced So get there early. It could be maintained better there was often not enough glasses or coffee cups. They serve food at night from 6:30-8 along with wine.

Excellent hotel in great canary wharf location. Close to the train station. The staff was very friendly! This hotel is excellent for kids and families. They have activities set up and even have. Skids station at the breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean and comfortable. As a Diamond Member, the executive lounge was nice feature. Great selection of drinks and appetizers. We will be back!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Canary Wharf whilst heading to a concert at the O2 Arena. It’s proximity to the DLR and Canary Wharf are great, so it’s easy to get around and makes it a great base if you’re exploring Greenwich or going to a concert. The bedroom was nice and big, featuring a nice big king sized bed which was very comfortable. It was clean and modern, and had all the conveniences that you would expect from a 4 star Hilton. We were given an upgrade which included entry to their Executive Lounge. We stopped by for an hour for a light bite to eat and a couple of drinks. It was nice to have it included with the room upgrade, but the offering was fairly simple and the atmosphere in the lounge with a bit of a miss - it needed some music. We enjoyed our breakfast the following morning, and there was a huge selection of hot and cold dishes on order. There was even an egg station where you could get Omelettes and fresh eggs cooked to your liking. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Hilton Canary Wharf. The rooms was very nice, the service was efficient and friendly, the breakfast was top quality and it’s location is great too.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was super accommodating and helped us a few times with coordinating transit for us. The only miss was the pull out bed. It was super uncomfortable!! But everything else was enjoyable. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. Overall, it was a nice experience here. Thank you!

As I write this review I am sat outside the hotel at 2 in the morning literally sobbing at how awfully I was treated by the receptionist at the hotel. I lived nearby and was forced to look for a hotel for the night last minute after a terrible breakup. I walked over with a suitcase and asked if there was any rooms available. The hotel was fully booked, understandably. I thanked him politely and left the hotel but sat outside on the porch to make more phone calls, desperately looking for a place anywhere. After many failed attempts I went inside Hilton Canary Wharf again, remaining polite and calm (albeit crying) and asking if he could kindly check if any other Hilton hotels had rooms available at all. He made a few taps on his screen and said no, all hotels were fully booked. I then asked if I could sit at the reception lounge to make some phone calls to nearby hotels to ask for a room as it was midnight and I was emotionally wrecked and feeling unsafe. The guy at reception says no, claiming this was because, it was after midnight. As if me, a small, sober, well-dressed Asian female looking visibly upset was potentially a threat to him or the hotel. I was exhausted at this point and didn’t try to argue (fine, allowing me to sit indoor would’ve been a kind gesture but it was not their responsibility), I walked out again and sat back on the porch. Continued calling hotel reservations lines. The guy came to the door and looked at me a few times, and then went on to lock the hotel revolving door, going the extra mile by putting a gate outside the door, and placing the hotel luggage trolly inside the side doors to make sure I couldn’t come in again???? I watched him do this and almost wanted to laugh. Throughout our two conversations I was nothing but polite and honestly man, how inhumane could you be to treat someone like this. I felt disrespected and discriminated against. The entire experience was heartbreaking and I would not wish this upon anyone. I too have worked in the hospitality industry and honestly have never seen anyone treating people like this. I have no words and I hope the hotel can train their staff to be better humans, that’s all.
