We loved our visit to this hotel. It was chosen for location while we attended some music gigs in central London and the O2. As members of Hilton honors scheme, it was financially motivated as well as standard of hotel. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. Minor point, the bathroom was a little tired and needed some TLC , however, super clean and very comfortable. The rooms are a great size with tea and coffee, plenty of wardrobe space, a safe for valuables and complementary toiletries needed for a stay. The housekeeping staff were friendly and super professional. The other members of staff, all the staff, were friendly and helpful and we felt, despite the. being busy, that our needs were catered for. The management were very present in the hotel, and there was a Team feeling about the activities. Having met the GM, the Leadership and quality of service is in no doubt the reason for the great customer experience. We will absolutely visit again, and highly recommend this hotel for business and pleasure time.

Hilton Canary Wharf exceeded all expectations! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making the stay feel special from start to finish. Their professionalism and friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere throughout. A perfect combination of great service and excellent dining — truly deserving of five stars!

I stayed for two nights at this hotel and had a great experience. The breakfast was excellent, and the facilities offered many useful services. What stood out most was the care and professionalism of the staff, especially Kristina. She welcomed us warmly and went out of her way to make sure we had exactly what we needed — a level of attention, care and professionalism that is rare to find. The location is also excellent and very convenient. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic time at the bar on Friday 10th October, and a huge part of that was thanks to the bartender Darren. Such a lively character his energy and personality instantly lifted the vibe of the place. He was super friendly and genuinely engaging, taking the time to chat and really get to know what we liked. What stood out most to us was how he customised drinks for us based on our individual preferences you could tell he takes real pride in his craft. It's that kind of personal touch that makes all the difference. Would absolutely come back just for the experience at the bar again!

We booked a last minute stay at the Hilton Canary Wharf to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We had a King Executive Room. What truly made our stay special was the thoughtful touch from the team! They decorated our room so beautifully and surprised us with a cake and a chilled bottle of Prosecco. It was such a awesome gesture that made us feel truly valued and celebrated. The Executive Lounge was a great bonus, offering a relaxing space with nice food and drink options. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely keen to make our stay memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — thank you to everyone at Hilton Canary Wharf for helping make our anniversary celebration so special. We’ll definitely be back! (Just need someone to look after the kids😅)
