May 2025This is the best example of customer service. The gentleman who takes care of seating customers and the orders was excellent. The dishes were delicious! And, he let me sit with a tea and scone until the National Portrait Gallery opened that morning. It must be popular with the locals because the EMTs etc were all there too. That says something. Thank you so much for a wonderful last morning in London. That was awesome.

April 2025I love central London. You can walk down the same street every day, and there is always a new (to me) place. We went in to have a drink - bottle of Trebbiano which was very nice then had a meze board to share. The photo is missing the hummus which they forgot to put on but later brought. The food was very complementary to the wine. It’s a lovely space and it’s equally nice when the table either side of you is not occupied. Would definitely return.

June 2025Been here 3/4 times since I started working in Trafalgar Square. Haven’t eaten here yet but they do a great coffee! Nice, professional staff. Great atmosphere.

June 2025Disappointed. The service was poor and the skinny iced decaf mocha was a 3/10… it makes such a difference when the person who is serving you is attentive and listens - there were only a few other people in Notes at the time. It’s a shame because the location in the heart of London is great.
