Starsgym was founded in 2010 by friends sharing the same passion for sport and fitness. As such, our gym is completely independent from all the existing mega sport groups and aims to provide you access to a wide range of fitness & health disciplines, from martial arts to cardio & strength and conditioning exercises. Great gym, management are sound, equipment and environment are all kept really well. If only they could do the workouts for me too!

Glutes Gains teacher didn’t explain anything at the beginning of the class and kept picking on me, to the point where she said I should just use my body weight to do lunges and not the light arse barbell I was using (I have experience with weightlifting but am trying to get back into it) Isn’t push to fail the motto for trainers? Not if you’re crap, stay crap or whatever is beneath you!
