Q: What’s included in the venue hire price?

You get the semi-private bar area at Claro, with all tables and chairs provided. The space comes with heating/air-con, Wi-Fi and a cloakroom, plus a self-service tea station.

Q: Does the venue provide catering, or can I bring my own food and drinks?

Claro offers its own in-house catering and bar service. Please contact the host if you need to know about any outside food arrangements.

Q: Can I decorate or brand the venue for my event?

Yes, the bar area can be dressed up for your event. You can add decor or branding (e.g. table décor or screens), just let us know about any major setup first.

Q: Is the venue accessible, and does it have parking or nearby transport links?

The bar has step-free access and disabled facilities. It’s on Waterloo Place (Chinatown) near Piccadilly Circus, so public transport is excellent. Some paid street parking is available on Waterloo Place.

Q: What is the venue’s pricing structure e.g. minimum spend, dry hire, or package options?

Pricing is usually per person. For instance, parties often start at about £80 per head (with a 30-person minimum). Please get in touch with the venue for up-to-date rates.

Went for a friends engagement lunch, superb restaurant with exceptional food and overall, just a stunning place. I’ve uploaded a picture of the menu to this review. The pink trout(5/5) and the freekeh gnocchi alla romana (mushroom dish - 5/5) were just sensational! Great service, very helpful and polite staff. Reservation recommended

Claro London is an absolute gem! If you love Mediterranean food with a modern, local twist — this is your spot. Every dish felt super fresh and full of flavor (you can really tell it’s farm-to-table). We shared a few plates and honestly loved every single one. The cocktails were on another level — creative, bold, and beautifully crafted, whoever thought about creating Za’atar margarita is a genius! It was a perfect way to start (and end) the night. The vibe is amazing — stylish but relaxed, with great energy and genuinely friendly service. The kind of place you want to settle into and enjoy for a few hours. Already planning my next visit — can’t recommend it enough.
