Q: What’s included in the venue hire price?

The Loft includes its own bar and seating (seats up to 50 dining). You get a 65″ HD projector and screen, plus a sound system, Wi-Fi and a mic. Tables and chairs, heating/AC, and a cloakroom are all provided.

Q: Does the venue provide catering, or can I bring my own food and drinks?

Claro has its in-house catering and bar for The Loft (private dining menu, cocktails, etc.).

Q: Can I decorate or brand the venue for my event?

Yes, the Loft is designed for special events, so feel free to decorate it as you wish. Just coordinate any major builds or decor with us in advance.

Q: Is the venue accessible, and does it have parking or nearby transport links?

The Loft has disabled access and even on-site parking. It’s steps from Piccadilly Circus station in Soho, so transport is very convenient.

Went for a friends engagement lunch, superb restaurant with exceptional food and overall, just a stunning place. I’ve uploaded a picture of the menu to this review. The pink trout(5/5) and the freekeh gnocchi alla romana (mushroom dish - 5/5) were just sensational! Great service, very helpful and polite staff. Reservation recommended

Claro London is an absolute gem! If you love Mediterranean food with a modern, local twist — this is your spot. Every dish felt super fresh and full of flavor (you can really tell it’s farm-to-table). We shared a few plates and honestly loved every single one. The cocktails were on another level — creative, bold, and beautifully crafted, whoever thought about creating Za’atar margarita is a genius! It was a perfect way to start (and end) the night. The vibe is amazing — stylish but relaxed, with great energy and genuinely friendly service. The kind of place you want to settle into and enjoy for a few hours. Already planning my next visit — can’t recommend it enough.
