Q: What’s included in the venue hire price?

The Gallery is a private dining room with a large boardroom table and chairs (seating up to 12). It includes an AV system with a projector and screen, a sound system and Wi-Fi. Climate control and natural light are provided, plus a cloakroom.

Q: Does the venue provide catering, or can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, Claro’s kitchen and bar will cater your event. This room is meant to be used with the venue’s own food and drink service.

Q: Can I decorate or brand the venue for my event?

You can add small decorations (flower arrangements, branded placards) to the Gallery. For any elaborate branding or equipment beyond the built-in setup, please clear it with the host first.

Q: Is the venue accessible, and does it have parking or nearby transport links?

The Gallery has step-free access and a cloakroom. It’s in central London (Waterloo Place), steps from Piccadilly Circus Tube, with paid parking on nearby streets.

Q: What is the venue’s pricing structure e.g. minimum spend, dry hire, or package options?

Pricing is usually per person (e.g. around £100 per head for 12 guests). Please contact Claro for the current pricing and any minimum spend requirements.

For a more dynamic experience, we also offer custom event formats that combine a warm welcome with drinks, followed by a seated dining experience. Went for a friends engagement lunch, superb restaurant with exceptional food and overall, just a stunning place. I’ve uploaded a picture of the menu to this review. The pink trout(5/5) and the freekeh gnocchi alla romana (mushroom dish - 5/5) were just sensational! Great service, very helpful and polite staff. Reservation recommended

Claro London is an absolute gem! If you love Mediterranean food with a modern, local twist — this is your spot. Every dish felt super fresh and full of flavor (you can really tell it’s farm-to-table). We shared a few plates and honestly loved every single one. The cocktails were on another level — creative, bold, and beautifully crafted, whoever thought about creating Za’atar margarita is a genius! It was a perfect way to start (and end) the night. The vibe is amazing — stylish but relaxed, with great energy and genuinely friendly service. The kind of place you want to settle into and enjoy for a few hours. Already planning my next visit — can’t recommend it enough.
