The tickets are quite cheap and the seats were comfortable and clean, but be warned - the screen is very small! Especially if you sit at the back, if we knew how small it was, we would’ve sat closer. I would go elsewhere for a better viewing experience.

RIDICULOUSLY small screen! I knew this was not the largest screen room in the cinema, bit omg was this teeny! And the movie didn’t even reach the sides of the screen. Sad and really wanted to leave. Screen 3 - would never book again

A Vue without a view "enjoy the recliner experience" not here clearly. Definitely needs an upgrade - the seats are sunken and don't recline. You can lean back a little bit but seats are extremely squeaky so be prepared to make a ton of noise when adjusting or sit as still as a statue. Also, the view is fairly restricted - this photo was taken at my eyeline. I'm 5'6 and I had to keep looking over the seat in front of me to see the whole screen (while my seat made a ton of noise as I moved). My partner who's much taller than me had to keep doing this too, pathetic for a central London cinema. Don't think would have been any better in any other row either. I'm just glad I didn't have anyone sit on front of me! Additionally, the Aircon was louder than the film itself! The on and off "sshhhh" from the Aircon ruined the suspense of the film. Definitely the worst Vue I've ever visited!

Why did I pay £11 for recliner if the seats dont recline? Also the movie experience was just horrible. People talking throughout the movie, no etiquette. It kind of just ruined the movie experience. The seats were so far apart and the screen was in general so small. For the premium price you pay, you don't get the quality. Overall, dont waste your money or time watching a movie in central london. You're better off going outside of central to get a better experience.

In all honesty, it never occurred to me that I would find such a filthy cinema in the heart of London. This place not only gives VUE a bad name, but the city of LONDON as well! No staff cleaners are to be seen anywhere. I do not know whether management is cutting staff to reduce spendings or not, but it should never be at the expense of reputation or quality. The trash bins were full and not disposed. The area near the beverage fillers was filthy. The sitting areas in front of halls were dirty. And the condition of the restrooms are beneath human standards. My excitement to see the new Fantastic Four movie was ruined with the filth everywhere. Such a major dissapointment for movie-lovers! Enter at your own risk people!
