Stayed here for 2 nights. Most of the staff interacted with were very friendly. The room is modern, but a little small. We really liked the location as it was close to so many areas that we could easily walk to. We went to a theatre show in the west end and walked back. We walked to Buckingham Palace. We found a great pub a few blocks away and an authentic Cantonese restaurant in Chinatown. We had drinks at the hotel bar. Highly recommend for the location and friendly staff.

Best hotel experience to date. From the luggage valet to the front desk staff, concierge and guest experience experts everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After learning I was going on a day trip to Paris, I found a box of macaroons in my room with a kind note from Kate. When I left my prescription glasses behind in my room, Petar from concierge services located my glasses and arranged to have them delivered to my home in Texas within 3 business days. Beautiful hotel and guest rooms. Great location near Chinatown, Leicester Square and West End theatres.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is ideally located right next to Chinatown—perfect for exploring and enjoying a wide variety of affordable, tasty food options. The room was fabulous: spacious, clean, with a large bathtub and stunning views of the city skyline. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They offered great food recommendations, helped with directions, and even provided umbrellas on rainy days. The hotel also arranged a convenient taxi service to the airport, which made departure stress-free. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and hospitality!

The W in London stands out for it's excellent location, centrally located and close to the tube you can reach most of your prime shopping/eating destinations within a 10m walk. The service was excellent and the rooms were spacious and you get the usual W affair. What particularly is exciting about this W is that it houses a M&M store on the ground floor, so you can always go and grab some of them for fun :)

The staff at the W are a credit to the hotel. Fantastic service. The hotel breakfast was very delicious. However, the rooms are very dated and show many signs of wear and tear, which I do not expect from a hotel in this price range. After staying at the Edinburgh location we had high expectations, but it sadly failed to meet them. We had an issue with a door shattering and leaving glass on the floor, in the shower. But it was not until I said we would feel uncomfortable walking barefooted in this area were we offered a new room. (They did send maintenance and housekeeping to clean, but it's still concerning. We were offered to be moved to a suite, at 10:30pm, on a different floor, after unpacking. Which whilst better, was still inconvenient. Despite a lovely apology email from the manager, I really expected more as the booker was a platinum elite member. The location can really depend on personal preference. In the heart of Soho and right next to China Town. It is VERY busy outside. We will both have second thoughts when considering a W hotel again.
