I had a great experience with Ishaq at the hotel. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. He always made sure guests felt welcome and taken care of. His positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. I highly recommend him and appreciate all his help.

Excellent location and friendly staff. The lobby is comfortable, and the hotel is clean. Some parts of the rooms could use a refresh but overall it was a pleasant stay and good value for the location.

The hotel is amazing right next to the o Knightsbridge station. The staff has been really helpful. Peter for room service helped me brought me water to the room one night I was in need. Ishaq was very helpful brought me to the room my suitcases that were left here from my previous trip. The services are excellent and the staff is really polite. The views on the high floors are amazing. It is a great hotel to stay if in London for shopping and tourism in general!

I would like to sincerely thank the hotel management for the wonderful experience, especially Mr. Amr 🇪🇬 . He is truly a great example of professionalism and excellent management. He showed outstanding kindness and handled my situation quickly and intelligently with great efficiency. He is always present at the reception, helping everyone with a smile and a very polite and classy attitude. Also, special thanks to Peter for assisting with the luggage. He was very helpful and kind.
