I would like to thank Aref from the reception team at Millennium Hotel for his support during my stay. He was helpful and attentive, making sure that everything went smoothly and that I had what I needed. His dedication really made a positive difference in my experience at the hotel.

We were given a standard room despite paying for a superior room. We stayed twice in this hotel and had paid for superior room for both the stays. We figured out that we were given a smaller room when we checked in the second time when we were given the larger room and compared the amenities (only coffee machine gets added). Apart from this the hotel is decent: 1. Food - The spread is very good and quality of food is also nice. 2. Service - We found the service to be below par for an expensive hotel like this. 3. Location - The location is very good as we spent 8 days in London and the hotel was our hub for almost everything. 4. Infra - It is OLD! There are many good hotels in London which offer similar priced rooms, hence I think the hotel management should start upgrading the infra.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at the Millennium Hotel, room 337. From the moment we arrived, the room was dusty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. Despite being here for three days, no housekeeping has been done at all. The humidity and the unpleasant smell in the room are unbearable, making the stay even more uncomfortable. We reported these issues several times, but the manager has been completely indifferent to our complaints. Even worse, the front desk manager threatened us when we insisted on a solution. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. We simply wanted to enjoy a pleasant weekend, but instead we are leaving more stressed and disappointed than when we arrived. This hotel is unhygienic, poorly maintained, and dangerously mismanaged. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay away!!! it’s a horrendous experience from start to finish.
