Rooms are spacious; I stayed in a Superior Plus Room again. Hotel location is very good; great access to Harrods and other high profile brands.

June 2024Payal gave us early check in! Much appreciated! The rooms are small and basic. Nothing remarkable. The breakfast offers a decent selection but if you want a full selection, go early. Conference services were also basic. Best feature- location. Modest comfort in one of London’s great neighborhoods.

May 2024I would caution anyone to not stay in this hotel. We're currently in the hotel and it's in dire need of a full renovation. It's a bit cheeky as you expect the hotel to be great given the location. The room is small, the air conditioning doesn't work, the carpet in the hallway is dirty, the room key never works - needed to go down 4 times to get a new key, there's no gym, rust on the towel drying rack, rust on the shower curtain rail, no iron, old mattress, crack in the sink etc. It's really unfortunate because the hotel staff are lovely and helpful. They really need to improve the rooms - We will not stay in this hotel in the future and I would not recommend for anyone traveling to London.
