I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, especially thanks to Peter at the guest lobby. He was extremely kind and welcoming. He helped me with my luggage, offered me water, and checked several times to see if I needed any assistance. His thoughtful and caring attitude really made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Excellent service!

Great location! Clean rooms, sufficient amenities and ideal for business short stay. Safe for solo female travellers. Very friendly and helpful service from Arif at evening front desk. Comfortable stay overall.

Firstly - I got a great price for a weekend in this part of London. £150 per night with breakfast. The location is amazing - 3 minutes to Knightsbridge tube which has a lift down to the platform. The number 9 bus goes right to Trafalger Square. Easy walk to the V&A and other museums. The view from the 11th floor was great. Good choice at breakfast of continental and cooked. Downsides - the room is tired. But not dirty. Bedding is clean and there were plenty of towels. My shower went from hot to boiling hot. The soundproofing wasn't great and you could hear all the Ferrari's and Lambourghinis racing up the road! I would stay there again, as the location is so perfect and the price was good.

My stay at Millennium Hotel Knightsbridge was just okay, and I now understand why the reviews on Booking are relatively low. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The cleaning team did a very poor job, the room was extremely dusty, and even after I specifically pointed out where the dust was and asked for it to be cleaned, nothing changed. It was quite disappointing. Service was also lacking. Bathrobes were not provided for four days, and there was no shampoo in the room from the day I arrived, which was never replenished despite the stay. These are basic hotel essentials that should not need repeated requests. The bed contains bed bugs. The hotel clearly needs maintenance and better management, especially when it comes to housekeeping standards. That said, thank you for the early check-in, which was appreciated after a long journey. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is the location, Knightsbridge is excellent and very convenient.
