Great venue space and amazing items for sale at Country Living Christmas fair. July 2025 Second visit at this lovely centre and much enjoyed my visit. Spacious enough for traders to exhibit their wares, and it was so much vibe that I have stayed to the end.

My recent visits to the Business Design Centre have highlighted a serious issue with their entry procedures. While I understand and respect the need for security, the way the sign-in policy is applied is inconsistent and frankly unacceptable. On some days I am required to register, on other days I am waved through, and I regularly see other visitors bypass the process entirely. This is not a trivial oversight—it suggests that staff are making snap judgments about who “looks” like they should sign in. Whether intentional or not, that is a biased and unprofessional practice. Respect is a two-way street. Visitors should follow the rules, but management and staff must apply those rules fairly and transparently. “Sometimes yes, sometimes no” is not a policy. It’s an invitation to distrust. To be clear, many of the people working there are courteous and helpful, but that doesn’t excuse a system that treats different guests by different standards. Either require everyone to sign in, or no one. Anything else undermines the credibility of the Centre and the comfort of its guests.
