About Venue

Kensington Conference and Events Centre is one of the largest venues in central London, playing host to a range of meetings, conferences, dinners, filming and TV productions, exhibitions corporate events and many more.

Designed by architect Sir Basil Spence and opened in 1977, it is a highly adaptable, purpose-designed events venue offering practical conference, exhibition, banqueting and management facilities, covering a range of event spaces.

The venue is fully accessible for guests with mobility difficulties and has an on-site 24-hour underground public8i car park with a capacity for up to 322 vehicles.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation fee shall be: (a)100% of the hire charge for cancellation less than one month before the date of the event; (b) 50% of the hire charge for cancellation more than one month but less than five months before the date of the event. Where the hire agreement is cancelled more than five months .before the event there is no cancellation fee but the deposit will be forfeit unless an alternative date(s) for hire can be agreed.
