I had the pleasure of staying at The Capital Hotel, Apartments and Townhouse in London, and I can say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff professionalism at The Capital truly made my stay memorable.Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. The location of the hotel is another highlight. Situated in a charming area, it’s conveniently close to some of London’s most iconic attractions. Room service at The Capital was nothing short of exceptional. My stay was outstanding. With a dedicated staff, prime location, and top-notch room service, Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is sure a good choice to make your stay in London.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms, aesthetics, and location are great, but the staff is really what makes us want to come back here. Everyone was so attentive and approachable from the moment we stepped out of our cab. Please keep doing what you're doing at this property, SLH - it is an amazing hotel in your collection!

A big thank you to everyone at the hotel! We had such a pleasant time here. The staff were all very kind, thoughtful, and caring, and the room service was excellent—just like everything else in the hotel. A special thank you to Esteban, who was so friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting. The location is ideal, and overall, this hotel is simply wonderful. We are already looking forward to coming back again soon!

We stayed at this hotel in a July. The location is 5 stars but service and room are an 1. Unfortunately the AC in one of our rooms did not work despite them trying to fix it. On one occasion we returned to our hotel and it was 27.5C and sweltering hot. They told us they had fixed it earlier in the day. They came to work on it again and got it working for a short period of time before it cut out again. It was very hot in London that week to have no AC. The front desk manager was less than helpful. I asked for a new room please. She told me they were full and I was welcome to check out. No offer for assistance. The hotel manager Alejandro did try and help and eventually found a room for us but they then said they fixed the AC. That was short lived and it broke again shortly after and we still had 2 days of no AC. Additionally the mini fridges exudes heat in their small cabinet. The things sitting in the safe above that fridge were warm when removed from the safe. Overall, a very disappointing stay and lack of service. No where close to a 5 star hotel and certainly not worth their prices. So disappointing.
