About Venue
Enrica Rocca Cookery School is a private Italian kitchen and events space at 227 Ladbroke Grove,
London W10 6HG. A 5minute walk from Ladbroke Grove Underground Station on the Hammersmith and City Line
The school is run by sisters Charlotte and Clare Rocca, who have been hosting private group cooking
events in this kitchen for over a decade. Guests don't watch a demonstration - they cook. Each
session is guided through classic Italian recipes by Charlotte and Clare, using a fully equipped
professional kitchen with natural light throughout. Sessions run two to three hours, ending with
everyone sitting down together to eat what they've made.
Private sessions are available for groups of 10 to 24. The format has been used extensively for
corporate team socials, client entertaining, birthday celebrations and hen parties - groups where
doing something together matters more than just booking a room. The kitchen can also be hired
without the cooking element for photography and product shoots, influencer content, PR events and
brand/client meetings.

Took my mother and brother for a pasta cooking class and we all really enjoyed it. The kitchen environment is pleasant and the instructors made the process fun and accessible. The recipes were fairly simple so easy to imagine doing on my own. And super tasty. I would recommend this highly for someone looking for something fun but also to learn some new tips for both selecting produce and cooking.

We absolutely loved the Taste of the Amalfi class! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was fantastic — relaxed, welcoming, and full of energy. We picked up new skills (even as fairly experienced cooks) and really enjoyed chatting with the other guests. We left absolutely stuffed and confident we could recreate the dishes at home. A perfect idea for a different kind of Friday date night! So much fun and wonderfully informal — huge thanks to Charlotte and the team for being such brilliant hosts.

Entertaining the Italian Way was such a lovely experience. I bought this course as a gift for my sister and we had a really great time with the chefs. The school is very homely and comfortable. I have already made the aubergine parmigiana & chicken scallopine for friends, both were delicious.

I thoroughly enjoyed the ‘Entertaining the Italian Way’ cooking class hosted by Claire and Vanessa. The kitchen facilities are top notch and the ingredients are really excellent quality and very authentic. The class was very hands on but we were guided through each step with lots of excellent tips and pointers. Although we prepared 6 dishes, it didn’t feel rushed or overwhelming and felt very manageable to recreate at home. It was lovely to sit down afterwards and enjoy our efforts and there was even enough food to take some leftovers home. I’d highly recommend this cookery school to anyone, from beginner to seasoned cook!
