I have visited this concert hall several times. Great place to see show and music events. Well maintained, clean and a lot of facilities. A short walking distance from Hammersmith underground station. Many bars with big selection of drinks and snacks. Very organised and fast security control at the entrance.

I've been there on Sting concert, and needs to say that was impressed how good view on a stage is from the top level. Plenty of toilets, low queuing bar. Looking forward to visit again, this time from a lower floor level. Look like a good idea if you like to stand in a crowd.

Went to see Gregory Alan Isakov. The sound quality and lighting in the venue were amazing! Overall a great experience, cannot fault the venue on a single thing. The staff were efficient and organized in handling large crowds. There is a tube station right across from the venue. I parked nearby, which I wouldn't recommend due to the heavy flow of traffic in the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Lovely venue. Right near the underground. Well kept and presented. Toilets clean. Seats pretty comfortable. Didn't feel like much security checks when entering, but once inside the team were consistent in making people follow the rules eg not standing on the stairs to dance or take photos. We will definitely return next year.

The venue itself is good and the sound is surprisingly bearable in volume thanks to the sound engineering team (although there was a brief breakdown in the sound system, but was fixed well). The only thing is — the venue has an absolutely ridiculous way of navigating crowds outside of the building once the event is done… which especially inconvenient in winter. First you have to exit the venue without your coat, walk in the cold, then queue in the street and then queue again inside just to get back to the cloakroom and pick up the coat. Plus the cloakroom works very weird where for every item checked in you have to pay £3 — so even if you want to put your scarf or bag into your coat’s sleeve, they make you take it out and charge separately which is a nuisance. The venue is amazingly beautiful though. And we really enjoyed the concert itself though, but that’s all props to Gary Numan.
