Perfect hotel! We had an excellent stay at the London Bridge Hotel. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with a great variety. The staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel is spotless, and the unique scent will stay with us. Plus, the location is perfect, with public transport just a stone's throw away. Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel (chosen primarily for its location) was. The room was small but very well-equipped, with an extremely comfortable bed. The bar / lounge was very cosy and inviting. Breakfast was absolutely spot-on - not overwhelming in variety but all good quality and the best tea I have had in a hotel in a long while. The staff were all very efficient, polite without being obsequious, and friendly. Given the location, hard to fault this hotel at all. Thank you.

This hotel was everything we hoped for and so much more. On arrival, we were greeted by helpful, friendly staff and checked in swiftly. We were even given a room upgrade because it was our first stay at the hotel, which was amazing. It may have been our first stay, but it certainly won't be our last! The hotel was super clean and our room was well equipped, with a huge, comfortable bed. There was no noise from outside whatsoever and the black-out curtains meant that we had an incredible sleep. The bar staff were so attentive and polite and the drinks were great. All of the staff in the hotel were so smart too. Before checking out, we had a delicious breakfast - There was so much on offer and everything was well topped up and very fresh. We couldn't have asked for more. The location of the hotel for us was just perfect, since we had a meal booked at a restaurant in The Shard. Overall, I couldn't fault a thing - The only thing that would have been better is if we could have stayed longer. We'll definitely be back!

What’s not to like, great hotel. On arrival we were met by a very friendly and helpful person on front desk. On recognising this was our first stay with them we were provided a free upgrade to a superior king size room, which was a lovely gesture. The location is great, especially as we had dinner booked at the Shard. All areas of the hotel were clean and very well presented. The room was cosy with an extremely comfortable large bed and had nice little details like a fridge and coffee machine, the blackout curtains plunge the room into darkness. All staff were polite, friendly and very well presented, the bar staff in particular were very attentive and the bar itself is cosy, well priced for London, and the perfect place to enjoy a pre or post dinner drink or two in a relaxing setting. Had breakfast in the restaurant which was superb, an excellent range of food choices, from continental to full English with a great selection of teas, coffees and juices to wash it all down. First visit to this hotel and will be our go to place if staying in the area in future, could not fault it.

Stayed at thos lovely hotel for one night and cannot praise the staff enough. They were friendly, happy to assist in any way that they could, and all smartly presented. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was so very comfortable! Breakfast is definitely worth it, especially as an in room option. The only reason I have given 4, instead of 5, stars is because of accessibility problems. There was no way to alert the staff from outside the hotel that a ramp was needed for wheelchair access and none of the staff appeared to have had training on how to place the ramp. However, I fed this back to the hotel and they were happy to accept the feedback and to consider ways they could improve the experience for a differently abled guest. Definitely somewhere I will stay again! It is perfectly located for the Shard and London Bridge Station. Thank you to all of the staff for making my night in London as a solo wheelchair traveller so pleasant.
