Situated in Ilford among 18 acres of lavish countryside, The Willows is the perfect place for your wedding celebration.

We take our name from the three willow trees that have been standing in the grounds for 100 years, and create a perfect backdrop for your special celebration. Our venue is an elegant and tranquil haven, offering contemporary luxurious furnishings and everything that you could ever dream of for your special event, including a gated entrance, beautiful water fountain on arrival, as well as the use of our bride and groom rooms that come complete with Hollywood make-up mirrors and other facilities to help ensure that your day starts perfectly. The Willows is an adaptable venue and can cater for small gatherings or soirees for up to 800 guests. No matter what the size, we can provide you with a beautiful suite and grounds. We can offer you our catering recommendations, or if you wish to bring in your own external caterers then that is allowed also. Our recommendations will offer you a dinner selection sample before booking to make sure that you have made the right decision for your wedding breakfast.

We had our wedding at The Willows this July, and we are so glad that we booked The Willows. The venue itself is beautifully maintained with a spacious green area that was great for photos and tons of parking, which made it super convenient for our guests. From the moment we booked, the staff at The Willows made us feel completely supported. A special shoutout goes to Pamela, our sales manager, who was truly exceptional. She was not only professional and organized but also incredibly helpful and great to work with throughout the entire process. Pamela went above and beyond – from helping us connect with trusted vendors, to providing guidance during planning, and even being hands-on with coordination right up until the big day, bringing our vision to life. We'd highly recommend The Willows for anyone whose looking to book a venue for their event!

Perfect wedding venue! I’ve been here twice and had a great experience both times. The layout flows well from the entrance to the hall, with clean, open spaces and a spacious car park. The fountain, balcony, and greenery out back make for stunning photos on sunny days. Easy to find, just off the main road. Highly recommended for weddings and other events!

Excellent Venue. Very spacious, and looks modern. The outer area is very posh and summer time will be lovely. The inner hall you can't go wrong. Not over the top but just perfect.
