For a dinner booking: Cancellation free of charge up to the day of arrival For an event in the Private Dining Room: Between 3 and 6 months before the Function Date - You must pay 50% of the Total Cost of the Function Between 2 and 3 months before the Function Date - You must pay 75% of the Total Cost of the Function Between 1 and 21 days before the Function Date - You must pay 100% of the Total Cost of the Function
