Kajla, Francesca, and Emily are very good people with good hotel management experience. They are adaptable, committed and resourceful lndividuals. They are very respectful, caring with excellent communication skills and good listening experience. There services was fantastic and I wish to come back here any time. Best regards.

Stayed here the night before running a half marathon and all I wanted was a clean, quiet room. Unfortunately, the first room we were given was right next to the main air vent outside, resulting in a constant, loud humming noise. To make matters worse, there was hair left in the shower tray. The staff, who were wonderfully accommodating, offered us another room (206). While this room was also near the external venting system, the noise was at least more tolerable. However, the overall soundproofing of the rooms is poor — we were repeatedly woken during the night by other guests using their showers and televisions in the early hours. Overall, this stay fell well below my expectations for a Radisson hotel.

Stayed one night for a business trip. The single room was very small and quite dated, and the lift was out of order which made things a bit inconvenient. Bed was comfy enough though. Staff also seemed unsure about what was included in the booking (particularly around dinner). The only real plus was the central location — great for Marble Arch / Bond Street.

Room 314 a premium single! Small room with tiny bed (feet touched wall) carpet grubby & dated. Shower cubicle very small to open door and squeeze back out but very clean. Location is the only saving grace. Clearly issues with the only lift they have out for maintenance for check out. Carrying bags down tight stairs I seen struggles. Breakfast okay but the full English quality was just okay. Beans just lukewarm, scrambled eggs far too wet for my liking, streaky bacon tough and very herby sausages. Coffee machine surprisingly good! I wouldn’t return as I didn’t think it was value for money. Staff no problem at all, very friendly and polite.

The hotel is run-down completely. Dirty carpets. Old place that smells bad. Definitely not a 4 stars, rather a 1 star at maximum. It requires a proper maintenance and refitting. However the staff are amazing, professional, and so helpful.
