Should the nature of the event be different from the nature of the event declared at the time of booking, the venue may with absolute discretion and without giving reason refuse to let the premises to the client. The venue reserves the right to make a charge for events that run over the agreed time. The charge for events that run over will be pre agreed by the Event Manager at the venue and the Client. We accept most major credit cards and company cheques together with a covering letter Only the venue’s security company may be present inside, and on the doors of the Venue, at any time. Should the client need to bring in additional security for any reason, the Event Manager must be notified, and arrangements will then be made at his / her discretion. All movement of furniture in the venue must be agreed with the Event Manager or General Manager prior to the event. This is to ensure that the furniture does not get damaged and is not placed or stored within the parameters which are reserved right of ways for our fire escapes. No contractors and sub-contractors may enter the building without prior approval from the Event Manager or General Manager, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The venue will be under no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury to the client’s property, or the property of the client’s guests or other persons for whom the client is responsible, unless such loss, damage or injury is due to negligence of the venue.
