Stylish bar just a few hundred yards down the road from Piccadilly Circus. We attended a music concert in the basement for the band Seafret. Capacity is only around 200/250 person, providing a very intimate atmosphere, whilst at the same time not overcrowded either. Lovely venue, would happily attend again especially for another concert. One think to comment would be if they could provide draught beers in the basement. They sell 330ml bottles in the basement for pretty much the same price as a succulent pint on the ground floor, had to keep going upstairs for a drink. Also, I had to use the toilet several times that particular evening as I had an unusually weak bladder, the toilet attendant didn't recognise me and expected a fiver pounds tip every time I went to the toilet. Besides these minor issues everything else was fairly outstanding. Thanks for having us, still five stars.

Good upstairs bar with comfy seats. Venue downstairs is very good with a distinctive decor. Saw a solo set by Jade Bird. The sound was excellent. It was a seated venue so easy to see even if you're short.
