We booked a pitch for two hours with friends and paid in full — the money was taken without any issues. The next day we came to play, and the first hour went fine. But then another team arrived, claiming they also had a booking at the same time. We showed the staff member our confirmation and payment, but he said that “payment for the second hour hadn’t been received” and asked us to leave. Even though the money had actually been taken! We tried to explain and show everything on our phones, but no one even tried to check — they just told us: “Leave.” In the end, we were kicked off the pitch even though we had paid for the full session. Really frustrating — our evening was ruined, and we wasted both time and money. 👎
