We stayed at this hotel for 10 days during our visit to London and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent – right next to the Central line of the London Tube (end of Zone 2), with a bus stop just outside and two supermarkets nearby where you can find all the essentials. Our room was spacious by London standards and had everything we needed. It was simple, functional, and comfortable without any unnecessary extras. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The room was clean and thoroughly serviced every day. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and attentive. You could really feel that the team works well together – from housekeeping to reception to the breakfast staff. If there’s one thing that could be improved, it would be the breakfast menu. Ten days of the same traditional English breakfast can be a bit much for a continental guest. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again on our next trip to London.

I had a really great experience staying here. The hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Everything felt well taken care of, making my stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed for almost a month. Great space, close to the metro but not noisy and crowded. Staff are very friendly, approachable and flexible. It’s very easy to get around London, everything is very accessible from the hotel location. Breakfast was also hefty and above my expectations. Will definitely consider always when i am in London.

Stayed here for 3 nights with the family. The rooms were cozy and clean, the beds pretty comfortable and the breakfast was just fine. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Also, the hotel is literally a one minute walk from the tube station. Would recommend!

Stand fare for a Holiday Inn Express, which provides a less expensive option for London accommodation. The hotel was fine but the immediate area is a total dump. There were a couple of food vans down the road, with corresponding amounts of litter, and all the bins overflowing. I walked down 100m to the local Sainsbury's to get a bottle of wine, and had to walk past the rats to get there. Also be aware that the local North Acton underground has no lifts, only steps, so if like us you have heavy luggage, you will need to haul it up two flights of stairs. I wouldn't return to this hotel again.
