Hackney Town Hall offers sumptuous grandeur for weddings, receptions and conferences in a sought after Art-Deco style.
The graceful curved staircase leads to the beautifully restored Assembly Hall with a vast array of original features including the imposing 1930s chandeliers and original sprung dance floor.
Excellent AV support, along with dedicated events management is included in the hire cost, both elements ensuring a professionally run event and memorable day.
The Bridgetown Bar, decorated in dark wood and marble fixtures, evokes the feel of an exclusive gentlemen’s club. This space is perfect as a private bar or VIP green room.

Perfect venue for a wedding. The staff are friendly and attentive, inside has beautifully decorated rooms which were exceptionally clean when I went to visit. Outside there is a nice area to sit on the grass shaded by trees and good places to have a group photograph. The transport links to the area are very good, with bus stops and a train station within a few minutes walk.

Hackney Town Hall is one of my favourite venues to photograph at. From the Art Deco interior to the palm trees in the square, every corner lends itself to stylish storytelling. Every time I photograph a wedding here, it feels special, the light is gorgeous and the staff are so friendly. Couples always come away glowing!
