Location couldn’t get any better once stepping off the train. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfy too. The only negative would be that when spending £300 per night, the rooms I feel need to have a lick of paint and to be updated. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, hot and cold. Check in and check out was easy with friendly staff. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Checking out tomorrow and sorry to leave. I was a little worried reading the reviews before coming here. This hotel met my needs and more! What a lovely stay. The room might need a little updating but was so clean. The housekeeping was the best I have seen anywhere! Water pressure was amazing. The best location in London due to being next door to Paddington station and having shops and eateries. I would not hesitate to stay here again while in London!

We had a great stay as Diamond members. They upgraded us to a very nice, spacious, clean and quiet room that we were very happy with. The included breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options and good quality. The location is great, and there is a direct entrance to/from Paddington Station (next to Starbucks), which makes this literally the most convenient downtown hotel from Heathrow.

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton London Paddington this weekend. The location next to Paddington Station made it easy to get around the city and reach all the wonderful attractions of Little Venice. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were professional and helpful throughout my visit, from check-in to housekeeping. Breakfast offered a wide selection and was well organised, even during busy hours. Overall, the hotel provided great value and convenience, and I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff at the reception, concierge, and restaurant were all super friendly and attentive to our needs. A special mention to Khairunnisa from the hotel restaurant, who took care of our special requests every morning with such care and consistency. Also, not forgetting Miss Saleh (possibly the manager)—both of them were exceptional in their service and incredibly friendly. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—it’s right next to Paddington Station, which made it incredibly easy for us to travel around the city. They truly made our stay memorable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.
