Hilton London Paddington, Thunderbolt

I stayed here 4x this year. All of my stays were wonderful. The rooms were spacious, the location is perfect, just next to Paddington station and opposite the H&C & District Lines. They allowed luggage storage for early arrivals from Heathrow Airport until it's time to check in. The front desk & concierge was wonderful. Only downside is the hotel is quite old. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at the Hilton London Paddington from 19/12/25 to 22/12/25 for a pre-Christmas weekend break and had a great experience. We booked Executive Rooms with Executive Lounge access, which was excellent. The location is unbeatable, with Paddington Station, the Heathrow Express, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants all under one roof — perfect for getting around London and avoiding the weather. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and we noticed a big improvement in breakfast and lounge variety since our last visit. The staff, especially Joy, Greeshma, Mary, Muhammad, and Amelija, were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Highly recommended for families and short city stays — and of course, Paddington Bear adds a lovely touch 😊

This hotel is so handy for anyone coming into Heathrow, as the Express comes to Paddington, where there is excellent connection to pretty much everywhere vis the Tube. We were upgraded when we arrived, and were very grateful for this. The room was a junior executive suite, more than ample size for a couple. Comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom, with a small ante-room. The staff were lovely. The cost of the stay was reasonable versus other hotels we have stayed at in London. We will definitely stay again.
